What fees does MAC charge at move-in?

First month's rent
Security deposit

What does MAC's tenant screening cover?

We conduct thorough background checks on potential tenants, including credit history, criminal records, employment verification, and rental history using Equifax.

How much is MAC's application fee?

The application fee is $50.00 per person, including co-signers. We require all prospective tenants 18+ to submit an applcaition.

How do tenants submit maintenance requests?

Maintenance requests must be submitted using the tenant portal.

What form of payments does MAC accept?

We accept checks and money orders in the office, NO CASH. Credit/debit cards and banking information can be used on the tenant portal. Processing fees may apply to online transactions.

Does MAC require renters insurance?

We require our residential tenants to have a minimum renters liability policy of $100,000.00 during their tenancy.
